I’ve seen this dish in a lot of family restaurants across the US. I don’t know really where it really comes from but one day at home I had some leftovers and I made this really easy recipe thinking about this typical pasta dish. It’s a nice alternative to the classic pasta with tomato sauce.
– Half package of pasta
– Half of a chicken breast cut in small squares
– Cooked broccoli cut in small pieces
– 1/2 cup of Cream
– Parmesan cheese
– Salt and pepper
Step by Step
– Cook the past as usual.
– In a pan with olive oil cook the chicken until its ready. Then add the broccoli and mix everything. Add salt and pepper.
– Add the cream and cook until the cream is boiling. If you think the amount of sauce is not enough for the pasta con add more cream but is important to let the cream cook.
Serve the sauce on top of the pasta with a lot of parmesan cheese. EASY AND DELICIOUS!!!
