I love cheese, do you love cheese? I love any kind of cheese in the world. If I ever live in The Netherlands or France I’ll probably be a fat cheese lover woman with a fat cheese ass eating a piece of cheese like it was an apple every morning for breakfast.
Anyway, I came up with this recipe for home made macaroni and cheese, because usually you buy it in the supermarket ready to make, with that cheese powder that it’s really good in my opinion but nothing can beat home made food right?

Ingredients (4 portions)
– 1 pack of macaroni pasta
– 1/4 cup of butter
– 1/4 cup of flour or gluten free flour
– 2 cups of milk
– 2 cups of cheddar cheese
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– Black pepper

Step by Step
– Cook the pasta as package instructions.
– In a saucepan melt the butter at medium heat and stir in the flour, salt and pepper. Slowly add milk and don’t stop mixing it until it’s bubbly. Add the cheese and mix until is melted.
– Stir the macaroni and add them to the saucepan. Mix it with the cheese sauce.

Serve immediately and enjoy!

**I’ve done this recipe adding broccoli to the cheese sauce. It’s quite good!
